Are you planning your next outdoor getaway and looking for the best Glamping Montenegro destinations? Then, look no further. I have listed the best 5 destinations for you in this beautiful state.

Set on the coast of the Adriatic sea, Montenegro is known for its stunning landscapes, several national parks, forests, mountains, lakes, clean rivers and mysterious canyons. No matter which part of this beautiful country you decide to visit, you will discover stunning landscapes and fun things to do.

MONTENEGRO BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPES

Montenegro has 5 national parks: Lovćen, Durmitor, Biogradska gora, Lake Skadar and Prokletije. All of these national parks offer numerous opportunities for activities, including hiking, cycling, fishing, camping, glamping, educational workshops, wine paths and much more. In any case you can enjoy stunning views from mountain peaks or viewing platforms, bath in healing water wells, explore rich flora and fauna or try out some delicious local cuisine.

Waters of Montenegro are clean, fresh, mostly wild, carve deep canyons and hide a lot of fish.

The mountain lakes are mostly glacier lakes and are very clean. The Black Lake and Skadar Lake are great for swimming in summer time and rivers Tara, Piva and Lim with a large network of streams are definitely worth a visit.

Did you know that Montenegro has the deepest canyon in Europe? There is a large area of high mountains with canyons and roads passing through with verticals Moraca, Cijevna, Piva and Ibar. Truly breathtaking site. If you are into wild waters, waterfalls and whirlpools while kayaking or canoeing, I recommend Tara River Canyon and canyon of the river Lim. For the canyons Nevidio and the canyon Grlje (Prokletije) you will need a bit more courage for canyoning.

Each of the Montenegro mountains is unique, whether you visit Bjelasica, Durmitor, Prokletije, Sinjajevina, Orjen or Komovi.  All of them are mystical, demanding and offering stunning views. While climbing or hiking, you will discover plenty of springs, rivers, glacier lakes, high mountain villages and you can even swim at 2000m above sea level.

Set on the Adriatic Sea, Montenegro has sandy beaches, beautiful bays and lovely towns on the coast.

Montenegro is the perfect place for your next outdoor getaway and no wonder it’s so popular among the tourists. I have listed the 5 best glamping Montenegro destinations for your next getaway.
