1. DDG Retreat – Andalucia, Spain

DDG Retreat has been created by passionate travellers and nature lovers with a desire to be different. Located on a 4 hectare woodland estate, DDG Retreat offers a unique experience – a great escape from the busy life with complete privacy and exclusive facilities. 

DDG Retreat is located on the coast of Costa del Sol close to the picturesque Pueblo Blanco – Casares and an hour away from Malaga Airport.

This adult-only resort is great for couples, honeymoons and romantic getaways. The site offers three types of accommodation units: rustic house Casa Pino and super cool tented suites Royal and Maharaja. 

Casa Pino is located in a beautiful private garden and offers complete privacy with stunning views on Gibraltar and African coast. The house features a bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped bathroom, a private pool with lounging area and BBQ.

Located on the hill on a hill the amazing Maharaja Tent offers beautiful views on Sierra Crestellina national park and the mountains. Royal Bamboo Tent has a truly unique decor designed in the signature style and is one of the most luxurious tents available in Europe. Located on a private territory of 500m2, Royal Bamboo offers stunning views over Gibraltar and the African coast. It features 2 bedrooms, a king size bed, a bathroom and a private hot-tub.

The guests from all three casas can use the infinity pool, a tennis court, a gym, hammam and sauna.  Breakfasts are home cooked with locally sourced ingredients and platters are available for lunch and dinner, and delivered to your casa.

2. Forest Days Glamping – Catalonia, Spain

Set in the foothills of the Catalan Pyrenees on 5 hectares of meadows and unspoilt forest, Forest Days Glamping site offers a wild experience for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

The site features 4 tents with a quirky look. Each of the tents is named after a famous adventurer and features a super king sized comfy bed, wood burning stove for winter months and a small gas cooking stove. 

You will have your own private eco-bathroom just outside of your tent and breakfast delivered straight to you every morning. 

Ideally located just over an hour from Barcelona but you will feel like you are many miles away. In winter and autumn you can enjoy stunning snow-capped mountains and in spring and summer the beautiful greenery and rivers. You can enjoy the site in all seasons.

4. Dreamsea Surf Camp – Cantabria, Spain
